BBQ Flavour Pork Back Ribs

Fully cooked tender pork back ribs with a sweet Chinese BBQ glaze. 1 full rack. Simply BBQ, bake, or microwave.
Heating Instructions (Fresh)
Heat until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

Oven (Recommended)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Cut a hole in the corner of the packaging and transfer the sauce into a bowl.
  3. Remove the rack of ribs from the package place on a foil-lined tray.
  4. Brush the ribs with the bowl of saved sauce and bake for 20 minutes, reglazing every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!

  1. Cut a hole in the corner of the packaging and transfer the sauce into a bowl.
  2. Remove the rack of ribs from the package, and transfer onto a cutting board.
  3. Cut in half to fit on a microwave safe plate.
  4. Brush the half-rack with the saved sauce, and microwave covered for 2 minutes.
  5. Apply sauce once more, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Preheat grill to Medium-High.
  2. Cut a hole in the corner of the packaging and transfer the sauce into a bowl.
  3. Remove the rack of ribs from the package and place on grill and baste with some of the reserved sauce.
  4. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes. After half the time, turn over ribs and baste with the remaining sauce.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Defrost before heating. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Defrost in package overnight in refrigerator or place ribs, still in the package, under cold water for 20 – 25 minutes. Heat until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
