BBQ Flavour Pork Shoulder in Sauce
Fully cooked market-style Chinese BBQ pork roast. Simply reheat in the oven or microwave, slice and serve.
Heating Instructions (Fresh)
Heat until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

Oven (Recommended)
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Open the package, and transfer the sauce into a bowl. Place the pork roast on the tray.
  3. Glaze the meat with the sauce and bake for 30 minutes, reglazing every 10 minutes.
  4. Broil for 2 minutes, slice, serve and enjoy!

Stove Top/Microwave
  1. Cut a hole in the corner of the packaging and transfer the sauce into a small saucepan.
  2. Remove the pork roast from the package, and transfer to a microwave safe plate.
  3. Microwave covered for 2 minutes. Turn, and heat for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the sauce on the stove top on medium high until thickened.
  5. Brush sauce evenly over the roast, slice, serve and enjoy!

Thaw package in cold water for 5 minutes. Heat until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Open the package, and transfer the sauce into a bowl. Place the pork roast on the tray.
  3. Glaze the meat with the sauce, and bake for 30 minutes, covered.
  4. Uncover the roast, reglaze, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Reglaze, and broil for 2 minutes for nice caramelization. Slice and serve.
